Your personal data is kept secure and only used for purposes relating to the William Hill Pension Plan. Information may be disclosed for those purposes to the company, the Trustee’s advisers, the administrators of the Plan or insurance companies. Mobile phone numbers and email addresses may be used should we need to contact you in relation to your membership or future communications regarding the Plan.
I hereby consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the administration of the Plan (the Plan is administered by Capita Employee Benefits, on behalf of the Trustee).
